Sealed tighter than a pickle jar! I had to take a knife to the plastic cap, and then “cut” out the seal (and I’m the designated “jar opener” at home). Well at least it was airtight! I see some people complain about the taste and texture which are… those of pea protein. This is a great addition to smoothies or bread, not so much to soups.
