Amazing quality. Very good for protecting elbows during heavy benching, weighted dip or military press. I agree with some reviewers here complaining about the valcro breaking easily. I have found a way around that – dont strap it close all the way. Leave a slight piece available and place your thumb on it while opening it so that the pressure of your thumb keeps it stable and it does not break off by opening and closing everytime.

Use mainly on my knees. They work. Some of the material around the female Velcro is peeling, will not last forever, but good quality

They were great for the three weeks (only wear them 1x/week on chest day). They ripped the fourth time I wore them 😭😭😭 idk if I got a bad pit or what, but I’m pretty disappointed, because I was loving them before the fact
