I LOVE this belt. Some of the great reasons to love this belt is the 5 inches of back support also it has a Velcro closure so easy to get that great fit. I have already used the belt a couple of times already for leg day and squats and it is has great firm support that is not too stiff. Oh and it’s cute too!!!

I love how durable this belt is. I am 4’10” at 124 lbs so I ordered a small. It’s the perfect size. If my waist was smaller I would have ordered the XS. I love the pink color. I go through workout equipment pretty fast so I shall see how long this will last for me.
