Only had this for 20 minutes or so, took it out of the package and started using it, and it already feels like a great purchase and is working perfectly for me.I’ve always had trouble lifting weights for some reason and I do much better with equipment that is more guided. This feels easier to do AND in this short time my muscles already feel like they’re being pushed more than when I’ve tried just lifting weights. Also the resistance at the first 2 levels feels perfect for me, and then there’s still a lot of levels to grow into.It feels really high quality and sturdy as well. If any kind of problem comes up I’ll update this, but so far it’s immediately impressive, and I’m glad I pulled the trigger on buying this!

I’ve got all the same benefits for the fraction of cost of lat pulldown attachment to my power cage. Besides it is easily removable so doesn’t add permanent place. Another interesting benefit is that since it is a freefall you have to control your movements which promotes better exercise form.
